Clinical Psychologist
President/CEO

Dr Chiariello is a guide to personal freedom, a forward thinker, a witty conversationalist, and a compassionate mentor. He spent his formative years in Italy, where he functioned as a liaison between government and social services, coordinated and supervised clinical teams, and provided assessment and treatment for "at risk" youth of a large metropolitan area. In 1987, he attained his doctoral degree, with honors, in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rome. A year later, Dr. Chiariello came to the States to broaden his personal and professional horizons. The impact with cultural, social, and geo-political differences compelled him to review and reorganize the premises of his way of life. The experience triggered a profound understanding of the ways we construct our reality and of the process of change. He studied with major figures in the field of psychotherapy, including Maurizio Andolfi, Carl Whitaker, Cloe' Madanes, and Richard Bandler; and has been involved at every clinical and educational level of the mental health field.

Dr. Chiariello has been Chief Psychologist and Manager of Outpatient Services of community agencies and hospitals. He has served as a consultant to clinics for needs identification, staff development, program planning, and marketing. He has been a featured lecturer at cross training programs for health care professionals. Dr. Chiariello has taught Psychology, Neuroscience, and Communication at undergraduate and graduate level. He has been a faculty member of a Family Medicine Residency Program, and also a faculty member of a Counseling/Psychology Doctoral Program in an accredited university, where he supervised doctoral psychology practica and clinic.
